Ingredients: all organic dried herbs: Nettle (Urtica dioica,) Oatstraw (Avena sativa,) Chamomile (Matricaria recutita,) Fennel seed (Foeniculum vulgare,) Fenugreek seed (Trigonella foenum-graecum,) Rose (Rosa centifolia,) Spearmint (Mentha spicata)
Suggested Use: Steep 1-2 teaspoons per 8 ounces of just-boiled water, covered, for at least 6-8 minutes. Sweeten if desired.
